I am a qualifed and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) specialising in producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). I also work in conjunction with a leading HIP Provider ensuring your property will be ready to market within 24 hours. HIP available to view online and your property advertised online for free. I work exclusively for properties based in North East Greater London and Essex border. Locations include Ilford, Gants Hill, Redbridge, Clayhall, Barking, Barkingside, Dagenham, Wanstead, Highams Park, South Woodford and Newbury Park. I am independent meaning that you will get a friendly, personal service, delivering your EPC to you within 48 hours of an inspection.
